Being The Answer In Your Career

I think I can safely assume that the vast majority of you love what you are doing for a living. You experience freedom, creativity, fulfillment, independence, and control over your future through your work and your career.

This begs the question:

How are you The Answer to your financial future?

I am personally interested in hearing from those of you that have built successful systems that generate income 24/7, 52 weeks a year.

What is the story you have to share about developing this system or creating your company or choosing your profession?

I also want to hear, from anyone that willing to share, about what you do for a living and why you love it.

Hi Greg and Sam,
Greg, I miss you and am so glad to be connecting with you here.
Sam, welcome and I look forward to learning more about you.

Greg, here is my answer to your post: I love what I do because it is the most challenging, extraordinary leap I have taken in my career to date, and every day I am required to perform at a very high level. Of course, YOU know what I do because you offered me guidance when I took this position, but for others: I am the operations manager for an e-learning organization offering continuing education for EMS and firefighters.

What has been fun for me is building a team of people who partner with me in providing excellent services and products for our customers. My job is to bring the vision of the organization alive for the team every day, and to set the standard for excellence. I’m experiencing honest, respectful communication between us and I notice that people are trying new things and sharing ideas openly. The previous culture of being afraid of getting caught making mistakes is changing, slowly but surely.

The part of my job that I love the most is the one on one and small group communication I have with my teammates. Acknowledging my co-workers when they do something well is my favorite thing to do. I love to see their faces light up when I notice what they are doing well.

Also, I didnt’ reply to the part about 24/7 income generation because that isn’t the case for me. I have, however, created financial abundance in my life between my career and my husband Brian’s. When I realized that the only thing holding me back from having as much money as I want was me, everything changed for me. I’m realizing as I type this that I can open my mind to accepting something new: my paradigm has always been to work very hard to earn the money that I make.

What if my paradigm changed to ‘I don’t have to work hard to have as much money as I want? It is only as hard as I make it.’

Hi Greg!!!

On paper, I am a corporate leadership trainer and by contract, that means that I design and deliver leadership training for managers and executives in my company. At heart, I am a committed partner in people learning to love more, see the gifts in others in a deeper way, create richer relationships, and bring a sense of purpose to their work. Yes, I did say love and corporate in the same paragraph.

I have always been an educator, and even two years ago, if you would have told me I’d been in the corporate arena, I would have told you you were crazy! With the support of some spirited, loving mentors, I have come to discover that true education means “calling forth.” To me that means that wherever I am, and whether I’m working with 1 or 100 people, I am with people in a way that they discover more deeply who they are. The parts of them that may have remained covered up or dormant (due to life experiences) are brought out—all of them is brought to life. The real thrill of my work is when people start to do this work with each other. That’s what I REALLY LOVE!!! People seeing and bringing out the best in people.

As for the residual income question, I do have a home-based health sciences business. I am not by a long shot in the category you describe, 24/7, 52 weeks a year! However, I have been to international conventions with people in my same business who do match your profile. They consistently say this:

persist, persist, persist know your powerful “why”—know what drives you be about service—giving to others be willing to work hard and make sacrifices of time, etc. the first few years *never give up

There are some other network marketers on this site….what are your thoughts, folks?

I love what I do—I am a “Lifestyle Architect” and Visionary Entrepreneur!

First, I assist people with designing, building, and developing a lifesyle of health, love, wealth, and freedom. I start with assisting people to re-design their relationship with their inner bieng. Simultaneously, we work on physical health through “cellular nutrition” and supplementation. On aother level, we work on educating people about strategies and being smart about creating and generating passive income. Altogether, people transform who they are and what they do, and having what they want in an efficient manner. This allows them to have the vitality to get on with their life purpose and the the tnings that really matter to them in life. The intention is to live the life you love and to love the life you live.

One thing I know is “Sharing is the Key”!

In all that you are up to, share; and always give away what you learned to someone else. It seems to be a philosophy that has born good fruit for centuries and will probably do the same in the future. As some American Indians say, “Always leave good tracks”.

For those who haven’t seen the movie THE ANSWER To Absolutely Everything, please get it and see it. It is one thing I have to share with you now. Get it at www.gettheanswer.org and remember to share it with someone else if you receive value from it.

Second, if you want to know some of the smart strategies on how the rich get richer these days (and how the poor keeps getting poorer), there is a great little short video to confront yourself and have a few laughs, at www.explorefreedom.com/rayolight. There are no obligations, but good info. Enjoy, and if you want to get in touch I’ll hear from you later.

SEE MY NEXT POST IN THE DISCUSSIONS SECTION ON “ENTHUSIASM”.
